Analisis Hubungan Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Matematika dengan Hasil Ujian Madrasah
Abstract
Persepsi siswa terhadap matematika merupakan salah satu faktor psikologis yang memengaruhi keberhasilan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap matematika dan hasil ujian madrasah serta membangun model matematika yang merepresentasikan hubungan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII di sebuah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Yogyakarta sebanyak 201 siswa; sampel 115 siswa dipilih melalui proportional random sampling. Data persepsi diperoleh melalui angket skala Likert dengan 28 butir pernyataan (α = 0.889), sedangkan data hasil belajar bersumber dari nilai ujian madrasah mata pelajaran matematika. Analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, korelasi Spearman, dan regresi linier sederhana pasca transformasi logaritmik. Hasil menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa dan nilai ujian dengan kekuatan korelasi yang tergolong lemah dan persepsi siswa menjelaskan sebesar 11.9% variansi nilai ujian. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya intervensi pedagogis yang terstruktur untuk memperkuat persepsi positif siswa terhadap matematika, khususnya melalui pendekatan kontekstual, scaffolding bertahap, dan umpan balik formatif yang konstruktif.
